What To Expect

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Arrive in Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital, where you’ll be welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel. Relax, explore the city, or visit local attractions such as the Giraffe Centre or David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

Day 2: Nairobi to Mount Kenya

After breakfast, drive to the stunning Mount Kenya region. Check into your lodge and enjoy a day of scenic views and leisure around the mountain’s foothills. Optional activities include nature walks or cultural visits with the local communities.

Day 3: Mount Kenya to Samburu National Reserve

Journey north to the rugged landscapes of Samburu, known for its unique wildlife species like the Somali ostrich, Grevy’s zebra, and beisa oryx. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and settle into the rhythm of the African wilderness.

Day 4: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve

Spend the day exploring Samburu’s wild beauty on morning and afternoon game drives. Discover the area’s unique flora and fauna, and look out for elephants, big cats, and the striking reticulated giraffe against the arid scenery.

Day 5: Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

Day 6: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

Day 7: Mount Kenya to Samburu National Reserve

Day 8: Masai Mara to Nairobi / Departure
